Celebrate Spring Equinox

A Moment Of Perfect Balance

As the Southern Hemisphere moves into Spring, we arrive at the Equinox — a rare point of stillness where day and night stand in perfect balance, just before the light begins to grow.

Held in equinox week, this ceremony is an invitation to connect with that same sense of balance. Together we'll create a sacred space to consciously prepare for the season ahead, supported by heart-opening ceremonial cacao, guided reflection and intention-setting.

It's a chance to release what you're ready to let go of, and plant the seeds of what you're ready to grow into next.

What to expect

  • A warm, candlelit space to relax and open
  • Ceremonial cacao, prepared with love and spices
  • Guided meditations for deep introspection
  • Heartfelt, interactive exercises
  • Profound breathwork practices

The Medicine

What Is Ceremonial Cacao?

Often called the food of the gods, cacao has been treated as a sacred plant medicine for thousands of years, rooted in Mesoamerican ritual and now widely used in spiritual ceremonies across the West.

It's far more than a warm drink. Ceremonial cacao can help amplify intention, deepen meditation and support a felt sense of connection — both within yourself and with the group around you.

On a biochemical level, cacao's naturally occurring theobromine gently stimulates the heart, while compounds linked to the body's own feel-good chemistry contribute to a calm, uplifted state. As a vasodilator, it also supports healthy blood flow — which is part of why so many people describe feeling clearer and more present after a ceremony.

If you have a pre-existing heart condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your medical practitioner before consuming ceremonial cacao.

Your Host

Nina Thallon

For over twenty years, Nina has walked the path of personal transformation as a dedicated practitioner and teacher of esoteric yoga and meditation, continually inspired by the alchemy these practices awaken.

After many years studying and teaching in Europe, she returned to her homeland of Australia, where she now guides retreats, workshops and spiritual gatherings rooted in inner transformation.

Her cacao ceremonies weave together devotion, presence and the sacred teachings she has studied deeply — this gathering is the third in her ongoing series of solstice and equinox ceremonies.
